Are you looking for privacy, security, decoration, or simply marking property lines?
Is this fence meant to keep pets or children in, or to prevent trespassing?
2. What type of fence material do I prefer?
Wood, vinyl, chain-link, aluminum, wrought iron, or composite—each material has different benefits, durability, and aesthetic qualities.
Do you prefer a natural look, or are you looking for something low-maintenance?
3. What is my budget for the project?
Have you set a specific budget for your fence installation, or do you need guidance on pricing?
Are you open to spending more for higher-quality materials or longer-term durability, or is cost the most important factor?
4. What is the size of the area that needs fencing?
Are you fencing in the whole perimeter of your property or just a specific section (e.g., backyard, garden, pool)?
Do you need to include gates? If so, how many, and what type?
5. What is the terrain like where the fence will be installed?
Is the ground flat, or are there slopes or uneven areas? Some types of fences (like vinyl or wood) are more adaptable to uneven ground than others.
Are there any obstacles, like trees, bushes, or structures, that the fence will need to work around?
6. Do I need any special features or customization?
Do you want custom gates, decorative elements, or specific post styles? Are there any specific height or design preferences to meet aesthetics?
7. Are there any local building codes or HOA guidelines I need to be aware of?
8. What is the timeline for my project?
9. What maintenance will my fence require?
10. What is my preferred style?
11. Should I repair or replace my current fence?
12. How will the fence impact my neighbors?
13. Will my fence be installed in phases or all at once?
14. What kind of warranty and post-installation support do I expect?
What type of payment do we accept?
We accept cash, checks, zelle pay, wire transfers, or credit cards.
What other documents or paperwork may I need?
We ask that you have a plot of the survey of your property available to ensure that your fence is installed within your property lines and recommend you have this at the time our sales representative comes out to your property.
